What to write about

• Report a problem, such as something that does not work or looks wrong.
• Suggest a feature or a new template.
• Business and advertising questions.
• Privacy questions. See also our Privacy Policy.

If you are reporting a problem

A few details help us fix it faster:

• What you were trying to do, and what happened instead.
• Your device and browser, for example "Android phone, Chrome".
• A screenshot, if you can.

Please do not email your full resume or sensitive details such as ID or bank numbers. We do not need them to help you.

Things we cannot do

• Recover lost drafts. Your resume is stored only in your own browser, so we cannot see or restore it. Save a backup file from the menu now and then.
• Write or review your whole resume for you. The tool gives you the structure and tips, and the content is yours.
• Tell you how a particular employer's system will rank you. No one outside that company can.
